PHONONET successfully achieved ISO 27001 certification again

In November 2011 the PHONONET GmbH confirmed the requirements according to ISO 27001 successfully. The central eBusiness- and management system of PHONONET showed no differences in the assessment of the applied standards and still proves to be customer oriented and focussed. Therefore, the extension of the certificate was approved to December 2014.

 

Customer-friendly and secure processes play in the operation of EDI and eCommerce solutions an important role. "The protection of customer data, the continuous availability of eBusiness platform and an absolutely error-free data processing are the main targets for PHONONET" said Axel Sparnicht, Director eBusiness & eMedia Catalog. With the ISO 27001 certification by DQS PHONONET documented the orientation of its management system to a continuous performance improvement and address the needs of all interested parties. PhonoNet enlarges its music catalogue with more than 40.000 video snippets

By collecting video data PhonoNet completes its comprehensive data catalogue.

Since 1st July 2008 the PhonoNet catalogue offers video snippets on track level for more than 3.000 music DVDs, additional to the already existing 5 million tracks and sound snippets. Hereby online retailers can now use about 40.000 video tracks for sales promotion. Just like the prelistening sound files the video snippets have a runtime of 30 seconds.
